STEVEN SCHNEIDER
American (1955 – )
Steven Schneider discovered at an early age that he had an aptitude for drawing and a joy for the creative process. He has continued on that journey to embrace and understand the laws of nature and how they influence our perception. Steven pursued his art career in Lafayette, LA as a fine art painter, illustrator & graphic designer until moving to Donaldsonville, LA in 2004 where Schneider and his wife Cynthia owned and operated Schneider Art Gallery as well as Grapevine Café & Gallery.The couple moved to Goshen, AR in 2014 where Steven established his new studio and continues to refine his vibrant, energetic style. Steven’s work was selected for display at the prestigious 57th Delta Exhibition at the Arkansas Art Center in Little Rock. Steven is an active member of PAPO, The Plein Air Painters of the Ozarks and ANA, Artists of NW Arkansas. Steven’s work is held in numerous public and private collections, including Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Lafayette, LA, Womans and Childrens Hospital, Baton Rouge, LA and Belle Alliance Plantation, Belle Rose, LA
